The Managing Director Mr Mohammad has been working in this sector since 1998. He was working with Concept Group Telecom Ltd. As a Project Engineer at Zomba and Lilongwe in MTL project (Telecom II). At the year 2000, he worked for Telecommunication Africa Ltd, in Mauritius. July of 2001 he joined Telesupricon Ltd, as project engineer second time in Malawi and carried out MTL project Blantyre and surrounding area MTL project (Danida). 2002 he registered new company Bengol Teleconstruction Company Limited and started working with Telesupricon Ltd, as a sub-contractor in Limbe, Blantyre and Stadium exchange of MTL Project. The company has also completed successfully Nkopola exchange and fiber optic link Simika to  Mangochi MTL project (External network). Since 2006 up to now company has completed several projects for NRA and 2008 company is working for MTL as frame contractor (as a direct service provider).From 2012 Company is maintaining FOC for Airtel Malawi Limited and in 2013 signed Annual Maintenance Contract for the same. The company has setup over thousand kilometers of Fiber Optic Cables including Trenching, Cable laying by Blowing, Splicing & Termination in Malawi under Huawei technologies & ZTE Tech. China for MTL (Malawi Telecommunications Ltd.) & Airtel Malawi Ltd.
